Returns, Refunds and cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or the process of shipping them has been initiated.
In case of Cancellation of orders, the refund of the total amount excluding the Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking service charges will be refunded.
To cancel an order the customer must leave a message via the form on Contact Us page of the Leaf Bird Electronics website. Upon leaving the message the customer service will decide whether the order can be cancelled or not and the decision of Leaf Bird Electronics team will be final.
The refund if an order is cancelled will be made ONLY by NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) and no other mode will be used. The time taken to remit the refund payment will depend on time taken by our bank and the customer’s bank to process the transactions.
If the received product does not work in expected manner or have any defects / damages please contact support via the form on Contact Us page within 7 days of receipt of package.
Upon receipt of request for return of products, Leaf Bird Electronics will decide whether the product can be returned/replaced or not and our decision will be final in this case. The customer service may ask the user to send images / videos to make the decision.
Customer shall have to send the defective items to our office and the customer will have to bear the cost of such shipments.
The total amount of product excluding transaction charges and shipping charges will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the defective products.
Electronics components such as ICs, LCDs, LED Displays, Circuit Modules, Sensors, Wires, Connectors etc. come with absolutely no warranty at all. Because of the nature of these components, they can be easily damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer. And Proper handling procedure as may be required should be followed by the customers. Therefore, we cannot provide any refunds or exchange on them. However, we ensure that the products shipped are 100% Brand New and packed well for safe delivery.
If the products are physically damaged during shipping. We will refund or replace the same without any questions (see points 1 and 3 of Returns).
We will refund the amount equivalent to the price of product excluding shipping amount and any other charge that was collected by the customer during checkout.
All Refunds will be made by NEFT (National Electronics Funds Transfer) ONLY and no other mode of refund is possible.
For Refunds we may ask for the customer’s bank account details to make the refund.
